Remote support system

Introducing remote support systems utilizing the latest technologies such as AI, ICT, and IoT

Traditionally, waste treatment facilities were stably operated on the basis of the skills and five senses of experienced operators. However, the future will call for the stable operation of facilities with low carbon and low environmental impact, and advanced operation control technology that does not rely on human skills will also be needed to address the challenge of the shrinking working population by utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, ICT, and IoT.
To increase stability and advance the technology used in the operation of waste incineration facilities, the Environmental Solutions Company opened two bases, the Fujisawa Remote Support Center in 2016 and the Haneda Technical Support Center in 2018, respectively.
The Fujisawa Remote Support Center has operators specializing in real-time remote operations support. It monitors and manages alarms, evaluates operating conditions, and works to recover from system abnormalities as soon as possible. It also provides remote control support, which is used in emergencies.
Meanwhile, the Haneda Technical Support Center aims to provide support by plant engineers by establishing and adjusting various control parameters from within the center, as well as providing start-up guidance and maintenance support using wearable cameras
These real-time operation support services utilizing these latest technologies help to provide safe, secure, and stable facility operations.
