Leading the Global Energy Transition as a Solutions Provider Committed to Stable Supply

As the global movement toward decarbonization  accelerates, the energy industry is undergoing a major transformation. We are acutely aware of these environmental changes and promoting various measures to achieve both a sustainable society and sustainable business growth.

In our long-term vision, "E-Vision 2035," the Energy Company has defined its vision for the next decade as becoming a "technology-oriented solutions provider." With our long-cultivated fluid compression and transfer technology, high-quality after-sales services, and robust global operations at our core, we aim to be a partner that solves our customers' challenges through technology. The medium-term management plan,  "E-Plan 2028," serves as our roadmap, outlining the concrete actions we will take over the next three years to realize this vision.

Based on this plan, the Energy Company will contribute to society primarily in two areas.
First, supporting a stable energy supply. We will solidify our leading global position in the oil and gas sector, centered on LNG, and the petrochemical sector, centered on ethylene. By providing the energy and basic materials essential for human development, we will further improve our presence and profitability in existing markets.
Second, leading the transition to a decarbonized society. In emerging fields such as ammonia, CCUS, hydrogen, SAF, and geothermal energy, we will aggressively develop solutions that leverage the EBARA Group’s unique strengths, transforming these initiatives into a key part of our future revenue base. At the same time, we will pioneer new frontiers in digital services such as remote monitoring and fault prediction.

To achieve these goals, the Energy Company will accelerate investment in R&D, digital transformation (DX), and human capital, which underpins its core business, thereby continuously strengthening our competitiveness. In alignment with E-Vision 2035, we will steadily execute every initiative under E-Plan 2028 to ensure we remain a company that is consistently valued and relied upon by society and our customers.
