EBARA’s Repair Service supplies consumables and spare parts to replace worn-out parts, to ensure the stable operation and appropriate performance of our customers’ pumps. EBARA also offers a Field Service that provides trouble-shooting and inspections. It confirms the need for repair or replacement before delivering the appropriate service. EBARA provides an Operation & Maintenance Service to ensure the smooth operation of our customers’ pumps. When a customer takes on an EBARA product, we perform an installation service to fit the pump in its best condition and a Commissioning Service to optimize the pump’s performance and efficiency. After completion of delivery, we also check that the product is working properly and provide on-demand inspection services to ensure that the product operates well for the long term.
